• The Green Team  - The Greenteam are particularly good contractors for grounds maintenance, through to specialist dangerous tree removals. They are ISO:9001 rated. local authority approved and have a wealth of experience behind them. They tend to prefer the larger sites, like schools, courthouses, estates and universities, but will quote on almost anything competitively.

• Grangewood Tree Care  -    Grangewood tree care is a small family run arboricultural firm, based in south London. They are all certificated and have a large volume of experience in council contract work and back garden work.

• Trees UK  -Trees UK is a local authority approved arboricultural company working out of Lewisham. They cover South-East and central London only.

• Communities and Local Government website  -This the area of the Comunities and Local Government that contains relevant information surrounding trees and high hedges. This site used to be the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister

• Forest Research  -  This is the research arm of the Forestry Commission. You'll find here a wealth of research documentation on trees and woodlands and people

• Central Government's Planning Policy Statements  -  This site has all of the Governments planning policy statements that form the local Government development frameworks

• The Royal Forestry Society Website  -   This is the RFS website, where you'll find masses of information on trees and woodlands.
